SOME PEOPLE LOSE THE REAON TO LOOK STUNNING AS THEY GROW OLDER, SOME BECAUSE OF SOCIAL STATUS IN SOCIETY WHILE OTHERS BECAUSE OF INSECURITY. GAINING WEGHT IS NOT HEALHTY NOR DOES IT BENEFITS YOU. HERE ARE A FEW REASONS WHY YOU SHOULD TRY TO LOOK HEALTHY AS YOU AGE.

THE BODY IS FREE FROM ANY SORT OF ILLNESS

A LOT OF ILLNESSES RELY ON WHETHER YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY OR YOU JUST TREAT IT NO MATTER HOW. THERE ARE THOSE ILLNESSES THAT ATTACK THE HEART, OTHERS THE STOMACH, OTHERS THE LUNGS AND THERE WE HAVE THE TIME WHERE YOU ARE NO LONGER EAGER TO EVEN WALK A SHORT DISTANCE BACAUSE YOUR BODY SCREAMS 'I AM TIRED, MAYBE TOMORROW'.

DO YOU KNOW THAT BEING SHY IS THE LEAST OF YOUR WORRIES COMPARED TO SOMEONE WHO IS WORRIED HOW PEOPLE WILL REACT TO A MIDDLE AGE OVERSIZED PERSON JOGGING. BE LIGHT EVEN IN YOUR PRIMES, BE ABLE TO KNEEL FOR PRAYERS AND HELP YOURSELF UP, JOG OR HIT THE GYM IF YOU FEEL LIKE IT, ENTER A RETAIL STORE CHOSE AN OUTFIT AND BUY IT WITHOUT THE CONCERNS OF OUTGROWING IT.

YOU KNOW YOU ARE CONFIDENT

YES, IN YOUR YOUTH YOU HAD CONFIDENCE, EVEN IN YOUR PRIMES YOU MUST BE AND FEEL CONFIDENT. AND CONFIDENCE IS NOT JUST A COUPLE OF WORDS SAID WITH SO MANY EMOTIONS BUT FEEL THE WORDS AND LOOK THE PART.

 EASY AND EFFECTIVE NECK STRETCHES



NECK STRETCHES GIVE THE BODY THE PERFECT POSTURE, NECK STRETCHES AND OTHER BODY STRETCHES, IT IS IMPORTANT TO DO THEM ONCE IN A DAY. BELOW IS A LIST OF EFFECTIVE NECK STRETCHES.

1 HEAD ROTATIONS

ROTATE THE HEAD CLOCKWISE AND ANTI-CLOCKWISE, MAKE SURE THAT YOU CAN FEEL THAT STRETCH WITH EVERY TURN.

2. HEAD TURNS

 TURN THE HEAD TO LOOK RIGHT THEN LEFT. REPEAT THIS TEN TIMES. REMEMBER THAT WITH EVERY TURN YOU FEEL THE STRETCH AND TRY TO RELAX YOUR SHOULDERS,

BUT THE TRUTH IS YOU DO, AND THAT ROUTINE IS THE ONE YOU PRACTISE EVERYDAY, WHETHER LAZYING AROUND OR HAVING MORE THAN THREE MEALS A DAY. SO TODAY I AM GOING TO SPECIFICALLY EMPHASIS THAT YOU INCLUDE EXERCISE IN YOUR DAILY ROUTINE. HERE IS WHY...

1. THE FACE GETS COMFORTABLE
DO NOT THINK THAT THE FOOD YOU EAT ONLY GOES TO THE BODY ALONE, NO. THE FOOD WE EAT EVERYDAY BE IT HEALTHY OR NOT HEALTHY ALSO GOES TO THE FACE. THAT FAT MAKES YOU FACE BIGGER (SOME FACES BECOME LONGER WHILE OTHERS BECOME ROUNDER) CHECK AND SEE HOW YOUR FACE LOOKS LIKE. 

2. THE BODY GETS COMFORTABLE

NOTICE THAT EATING JUNK FOOD CAN MAKE YOU FAT BUT WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR BODY DOES NOT REACT TO JUNK FOOD IN THAT MANNER? TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THAT THE JUNK FOOD YOU CONSUME WILL ONE DAY SHOW YOU WHERE IT WAS BEING SUPPLIED TO OTHER THAN MAKING YOU FAT. SO ALWAYS TRY TO PRACTICE LIVING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, IT HAS REWARDS.

2. THE BODY NEVER STAYS YOUNG FOREVER

WHAT HAPPENS TO A CAR YOU HANDLE IT WITH CARE? TO A HOUSE YOU HANDLE IT WITH CARE? AND WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR BODY WHEN YOU HANDLE IT WITH CARE? IT BECOMES DIFFERENT, YOU ARE SURE THAT WHEN YOU AGE YOU WILL AGE WITH GRACE AND YOUR PEERS WILL SAY THAT NO, IT IS NOT THAT YOU AGE NICELY IT IS JUST THAT YOU WERE ALWAYS LIKE THIS. SOME PEOPLE MISINTERPRETE THIS LINE AS WALKING AROUND NAKED, BUT IN FACT LOVING YOUR BODY IS NOT LOOKING AT SOMEONE ELSE AND WANTING TO BE THEM. LOOK AT YOURSELF IN THE MIRROR, NO IS LIKE YOU SO WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE LOKE SOMEONE ELSE? ACCEPT YOURSELF AND FIX WHAT YOU CAN BUT DO NOT CHANGE WHO YOU ARE, BECAUSE THAT IS THE QUITE THE OPPOSITE OF LOVING YOURSELF.

1. CLOSE YOUR EYES

CLOSING YOUR EYES IS NECESSARY FOR RELAXING THE MUSCLES BECAAUSE DURING THE DAY WHILE YOUR EYES WERE OPEN SOME OF THE FACIAL MUSCLES WERE TENSE AND FURTHER TENSED UP DURING THE DAY, SO CLOSE YOUR EYES AND RELAX THOSE MUSCLES.
