TODAY IS BECAUSE OF YESTERDAY


Rome was not in a day. You look at a pretty girl you think to yourself, why am I not like that? Today I will answer that!

What do you do in the morning before getting ready to go out somewhere? Do you just make your bed, bath , have breakfast and that's it? That is probably why you will continue to took around you and wish you look like that. 

Do you have body goals? What do you want to look like? Have ever thought of that? Have ever went to the gym and looked around at what would work for you? Are you even in that position yet?

Work today and you will begin to see the results of you hard work tomorrow.

 FORGETTING YOURSELF IS A SIGN OF IMBALANCE

We go through so many thing and obstacles in life and in our daily life. But that does not simply mean forget you, but you should have a way to handle those hardships. 

It is not about self but is also about self, because problems will not cease to exist because they are hard but will continue to bother you once in while. What you have to do is to keep in mind that not all problems require your effort but some require you to be still.

So wake in the morning, take a long bath and have a nice cup of relaxing tea. Do that yoga or workouts. Life can go either way, but what doesn't is how you should react to them

 IT ALL BEGINS WHEN YOU SEE...

The moment you begin to accept and comprehend the person that you are and the way you are made is the beginning of everything. Firstly, your freedom. You start dressing the you that you see and not the you that you wanted to be. You start to align in terms of dressing and what looks good on you

The second thing that also start making sense is why those things that you kept trying did not work. The reason why buying what your friend or sibling bought was not really ideal for you. Wanting to look like the other person is normal but in the process you lose yourself.

We were not created the same, we were not built the same. Some were born perfect while others need to work for perfection. So do not be let down if you are one of those who work for  perfection. Fight!

You have one chance in life to be a better you or  regret forever. You have to make the most of everyday and do not have regrets about each day.

Because growing never stops. You need to find ways to maintain your ever young self. Here are a few things that can make and keep you looking young;

1. When growing up, back as a child progressing to your youth days, you had the liberty of wearing anything that you wanted. But as you grow older try to find outfits in you day that will help your mind and body feel younger.

2. The mind is conditioned by the things you do and the environment around. Practice the art of having fun, laugh to jokes and do have that something that shakes you to the core of youth. Play soccer, volleyball, do some running and have fun.

3. Lastly, body weight. You must be able handle your body no matter the size. And if not, you should try to find a solution to that. Be it you feel heavy or you feel so light as a child and it is making you like a child, do something about it.

FRUITS PLAY A MAJOR ROLE IN CALMIMG DOWN SUGAR LEVELS IN THE BODY. FRUITS ARE NOT ONLY HEALTHY BUT ALSO PLAY A MAJOR ROLE IN GIVING THE BODY HEALTHY AMOUNTS WATER AND SUGARS. AS THEY SAY; ONE APPLE A DAY KEEP THE DOCTOR AT BAY! IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU MIGHT HAVE OVER DONE IT TODAY WITH THE AMOUNT OF FOOD YOU CONSUMED, EATING A SALAD CAN BE OF HELP AND IT CAN LIFT UP AND CALM YOUR EATING LEVELS IN THE END YOU FEL RELEIVED. SALADS ARE VERY HEALTHY FOR THE BODY.

DRINK A LOT OF WATER AND DO HAVE YOUR SALADS ONCE IN A WHILE AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, HAVE A FRUIT EVERYDAY.
