THE BODY IS FREE FROM ANY SORT OF ILLNESS
A LOT OF ILLNESSES RELY ON WHETHER YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY OR YOU JUST TREAT IT NO MATTER HOW. DO YOU KNOW THAT BEING SHY IS THE LEAST OF YOUR WORRIES COMPARED TO SOMEONE WHO IS WORRIED HOW PEOPLE WILL REACT TO A MIDDLE AGE OVERSIZED PERSON JOGGING. BE LIGHT EVEN IN YOUR PRIMES, BE ABLE TO KNEEL FOR PRAYERS AND HELP YOURSELF UP, JOG OR HIT THE GYM IF YOU FEEL LIKE IT, ENTER A RETAIL STORE CHOSE AN OUTFIT AND BUY IT WITHOUT THE CONCERNS OF OUTGROWING IT.
YOU KNOW YOU ARE CONFIDENT
YES, IN YOUR YOUTH YOU HAD CONFIDENCE, EVEN IN YOUR PRIMES YOU MUST BE AND FEEL CONFIDENT. AND CONFIDENCE IS NOT JUST A COUPLE OF WORDS SAID WITH SO MANY EMOTIONS BUT FEEL THE WORDS AND LOOK THE PART.
