Know what makes you tick, what makes you angry, what makes you happy and what makes your mood change for the worst and the better. It is important to know such aspects about yourself.

You have one chance in life to be a better you or  regret forever. You have to make the most of everyday and do not have regrets about each day.

  THINGS THAT MAKE YOU YOUNGER

Because growing never stops. You need to find ways to maintain your ever young self. Here are a few things that can make and keep you looking young;

1. When growing up, back as a child progressing to your youth days, you had the liberty of wearing anything that you wanted. But as you grow older try to find outfits in you day that will help your mind and body feel younger.

2. The mind is conditioned by the things you do and the environment around. Practice the art of having fun, laugh to jokes and do have that something that shakes you to the core of youth. Play soccer, volleyball, do some running and have fun.

3. Lastly, body weight. You must be able handle your body no matter the size. And if not, you should try to find a solution to that. Be it you feel heavy or you feel so light as a child and it is making you like a child, do something about it.

WATER IS NOT FOOD BUT WATER IS GOES TO THE STOMACH LIKE FOOD AND IT HAS A MAJOR ROLE IN HEALING AND WASHING THE BODY OF TOXINS AND OTHER IMPURITIES. WATER CAN HELP IN DIGESTION AND DRINKING PLENTY OF WATER IS HEAKTHY FOR YOUR BODY.

FRUITS AND SALADS
FRUITS PLAY A MAJOR ROLE IN CALMIMG DOWN SUGAR LEVELS IN THE BODY. FRUITS ARE NOT ONLY HEALTHY BUT ALSO PLAY A MAJOR ROLE IN GIVING THE BODY HEALTHY AMOUNTS WATER AND SUGARS. AS THEY SAY; ONE APPLE A DAY KEEP THE DOCTOR AT BAY! IF YOU FEEL LIKE YOU MIGHT HAVE OVER DONE IT TODAY WITH THE AMOUNT OF FOOD YOU CONSUMED, EATING A SALAD CAN BE OF HELP AND IT CAN LIFT UP AND CALM YOUR EATING LEVELS IN THE END YOU FEL RELEIVED. SALADS ARE VERY HEALTHY FOR THE BODY.

DRINK A LOT OF WATER AND DO HAVE YOUR SALADS ONCE IN A WHILE AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST, HAVE A FRUIT EVERYDAY.

Your body
Wake up in morning with the plan to workout. A healthy 5 minutes can go a long way for your body, be it yoga or exercises like taking a morning run is healthy. Your time with yourself is important.

Your mind 
Today we have a lot going on for us, so our brains do need the time necessary to process and assess what you went through during the day. So, take time before bed to look back on your day, observe the day and all things that you couldn't because you were going through them at that time. Solve problems and pray for those you cannot find solutions to, God is always faithful, He will give you the answers to them. 

Be all in and make sure that you are always whole to face a new day. Do not enter today with yesterday's worries.  You are precious always remember that!

Yoga is good for body, mind and soul. It has the ability to touch many points in one. Below is the why and when for yoga in your daily life

1. The Body
Yoga in the morning, arms the body for the day and it gives it flexibility and strength to overcome whatever may come during the day. 

2. The Mind 
During the day you encountered many challenges, and obstacles some of which you are still trying to solve. A time to yourself, a time to do you is all that you need. Relax on your mat, close your eyes and do some yoga. You will see that you get the space and time to observe your day in peace and who knows? You might even get a solution for some of your day problems.

3. The Soul 
The spirit is disturbed by the happenings on your physical life. The way you take and react to things around you affects your spirit. After a long day some yoga for your soul is mostly important. To keep your soul peaceful again.

 TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING IS BAD FOR YOU


Too much of your favorite food, too much of your favorite drink and probably too much of your favorite workout. But...  There is always a certain amount one should consume. Below are a few reasons to never have too much of anything;

1. Believe it not but not everything is good for you. Some would say that the one saying this is jealous of your success but this is a fact. Notice that when you exercise you need time to rest, but when over exercise you end up hurting your body muscles. When you overwork,  your body get tired and can end up acting up either you become sick or worst case scenario, you pass out.

2. The body system gets used to the bad habit. Yes, it is bad to over consume and use up resources to their wits. Some people have the habit of wanting to stop when all is done.
For example... You say I am not leaving the gym if everyone is still here I will go when everyone has left. I am finishing this dish despite being full. I am not giving up, I will be last...! COME ON!

Life is short, go easy on yourself. Remember to love you more and call it quits when you feel it is time. You are not here to compete with anyone. But what you are doing is letting yourself down by tiring yourself and not taking care of yourself.
