THE FIRST STEP TOWARD YOURSELF



AFTER A LONG TIME SPENT AWAY FROM SELF, ONE HAS TO TAKE A STEP TOWARD THEMSELF. BUT HOW CAN THAT BE ACHIEVED? LET US HAVE A LOOK AT A FEW WAYS TO TAKE THE FIRST STEP TOWARD ONESELF

1. STAND IN FRONT OF THE MIRROR

OTHER PEOPLE DENY SO VERY MUCH THAT THEY MIGHT JUST BE DEALING WITH A SITUATION WHERE THEY ARE NOW STUCK IN AND THEY DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHETER THEY SHOULD COME OUT OR COME IN TO ACHIVE MOVEMENT. A MIRROR WILL TELL YOU WHAT TO DO BECAUSE IT CANNOT LIE.

2. ADMIT TO YOURSELF 

ADMITION TO SELF IS POWERFUL THAT ADMITION IN FRONT OF AN AUDIENCE. OTHER PEOPLE CANNOT STAND TO BE LOOKED AT AS WEAK, SO WHEN THEY ADMIT TO THEMSELVES IN THE PRIVACY OF THEIR OWN SPACE THERE IS POSSIBILITY OF SEEING THE LIGHT.

3. RETRACE YOUR HOBBIES

NOTICE THAT OTHER PEOPLE TEND TO DO NEW THINGS AND SHY AWAY FROM OLD HABITS WHEN IN A STATE OF PAIN. BUT IF YOU COULD LOOK BACK AT THOSE HINGS THAT USED TO PUT SMILE IN YOUR FACE, HOW HAPPY YOU FELT WHEN ENGAGED TO THEM, YOU MIGHT JUST BE WALKING IN A PATH TOWARD YOURSELF.

REVISIT, REMEMBER AND RECALL YOURSELF. LIFE DOES NOT CHANGE BUT IT IS US THAT ARE CHANGED BY THE CIRCUMSTANCES AROUND US. KEEP PUSHING, LIFE HAS SO MANY OBSTACLES, YOU GET OVER THIS ONE, ANOTHER IS FORMING  HEADING YOUR WAY.

BUT STILL, DO NOT FORSAKE YOURSELF


IN THE MIDDLE OF THAT HURT, REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE, REMEMBER WHAT YOU LOVE AND ALSO REMEMBER WHAT YOU STAND FOR, THERE ARE WAYS ONE CAN GET THEMSELVES OUT OF A STANDSTILL THAT THEY DO NOT SEEM TO HAVE THE ENERGY TO GET THEMSELVES OUT OF. HERE ARE A FEW WAYS TO EFFORTLESSLY DRIFT OUT OF MISERY...

 1. STAND INFRONT OF A MIRROR

A MIRROR WILL NEVER LIE TO YOU, IT WILL REFLECT EXACTLY WHAT IT SEE IN YOU, AND WHAT YOU HAVE BECOME. PEOPLE TEND TO AVOID THE MIRROR BECAUSE IT TELLS A TRUTH WE ARE NOT WILLING TO HEAR. SO, STAND INFRONT OF IT AND LOOK AT YOUSELF. DO YOU LOVE THAT VERSION YOU SEE? DOES IT REFLECT YOU AND WHAT YOU WORKED HARD FOR? AND ARE YOU HAPPY WITH THAT REFLECTION?

2. OBSERVE AND SEE IF YOU STILL ARE IN CONROL

HABITS ARE FOR COUPING, BUT HABITS CAN CONTROL US AND LEAVE US WITHOUT A REFLEX OF WHAT IS RIGHT AND WHAT IS WRONG. LOOK AT YOUR EATING HABIT, LOOK AT THE WAY YOU HANDLE YOURSELF, ARE YOU STILL IN CONTROL? OR YOU ARE NOW THE SLAVE OF YOUR OWN HABITS.

START HERE AND YOU WILL SLOWLY DRIFT BACK TO THE ORIGINAL YOU, YOU WILL SOON BE EAGER TO TAKE BETTER CARE OF YOURSELF

PARDONING YOURSELF...




THERE COMES A TIME IN YOUR LIFE WHERE YOU FEEL LIKE YOU JUST NEED TO BE LEFT ALONE AND THAT THOSE WHO HAVE GOOD THINGS TO SAY CAN JUST DISAPPEAR. SO, YOU INDULGE IN SOME HABITS WHICH NOT ALL OF THEM ARE GOOD FOR YOU, TIME PASSES BY AND YOU STILL WANT TO BE LEFT ALONE AND VANISH ANYONE WHO TRIES TO TALK SENSE IN TO YOU. 

 NO, TODAY I AM HERE TO TELL YOU THAT; TAKE YOUR TIME, ALLOW YOURSELF THAT TIME TO HEAL, ALLOW YOURSELF THAT TIME TO BREATH AND ASLO ALLOW YOURSELF THAT TIME TO FEEL THE PAIN OF THAT THING THAT IS TROUBLING YOU SO MUCH. IF YOU HAVE STARTED A HABIT OF EATING, EAT. IF YOU HAVE LOST THE ENERGY TO TAKE CARE OF YOUR LOOKS, YOU ARE NO LONGER EXERCISING OR EATING TO MAINTAIN YOUR FIGURE, DO NOT FEEL LIKE YOU ARE COMMITING A SIN, GO ON UNTIL YOU CAN FINALLY PICK YOURSELF UP AND SAY 'IT IS ENOUGH'

IT IS TRUE THAT LIFE IS SHORT TO BE HOLDING ON TO PAIN, BUT YOU ONLY HAVE ONE HEART, IF THAT HEART IS PAINED, IF THAT HEART IS TIRED OR IF THAT HEART IS FINALLY SAYING NO. WHO ARE YOU TO GO AGAINST THE ENGINE OF THE BODY?
