KEEPING THE FACE TIGHT IS IMPORTANT AS WE AGE BECAUSE THE FACE IS SHAPED BUT THE HABITS WE GET USED TO, LIKE NOT YAWNING WITH YOUR MOUTH WIDE OPEN, NOT PUSHING THE JAW FORWARD, NOT RAISNG THE EYEBROW TO STRESS A POINT AMONG MANY THINGS, THOSE HABIT KEEPS THE FACE TOGETHER.
