HABITS TO STOP AS WE GROW OLDER... 1. PULLING THE HEAD POSITION INWARDLY    THIS IS THE TIME WHEN YOU PULL A MORE MATURE AND PRETTIER LOOK THAT MAKES YOUR FACE SEEM SMALLER AND TOGETHER, THIS FACIAL POSITION GIVES YOU THE ILLUSION OF ONE SMALL AND PUT TOGEHTER KIND OF A FEELING TO THE ONE WHO DOES IT. BUT IN FAACT, THESE FACIAL EXPRESSION INCREASES THE LENGHT OF YOUR FACE, PROMOTES THE BUILD UP OF FATS UNDER THE JAWLINE AND INCREASES THE FATS AROUND THE MOUTH AREA. 2. CONSTANTLY PULLING FAICAL EXPRESSIONS  WHEN APROACHING OLD AGE OR SHOULD I SAY AS WE GROW OLDER THE FACE STARTS TO GET A LITTLE BIT SENSITIVE TO WHATEVER WE DO.  WHY PRACTICE FACE POSTURE? 1. IT RELAXES YOUR FACIAL MUSCLES WE GO THROUGH A LOT OF THINGS DURING THE DAY AND THE LAST THING THAT YOU WOULD EXPECT IS TENSION ON THE FACIAL MUSCLES. THOSE MUSCLES IF NOT RELEASED WILL EVENTUALLY RELEASE THEMSELVES WHEN WE FINALLY RELAX OR WORSE WHEN WE SLEEP, BUT SOME PEOPLE STRUGGLE TO RELAX EVEN WHEN THEY ARE ASLEEP.  2. IT REDUCES TENSION  TENSION IS NORMAL, BUT MENTAINING IT THE WHOLE DAY IS THE WORST.
