1. IT RELAXES YOUR FACIAL MUSCLES
WE GO THROUGH A LOT OF THINGS DURING THE DAY AND THE LAST THING THAT YOU WOULD EXPECT IS TENSION ON THE FACIAL MUSCLES. THOSE MUSCLES IF NOT RELEASED WILL EVENTUALLY RELEASE THEMSELVES WHEN WE FINALLY RELAX OR WORSE WHEN WE SLEEP, BUT SOME PEOPLE STRUGGLE TO RELAX EVEN WHEN THEY ARE ASLEEP. 

2. IT REDUCES TENSION 
TENSION IS NORMAL, BUT MENTAINING IT THE WHOLE DAY IS THE WORST. THE FACE FORGETS TO RETURN TO ITS NORMAL FORM AFTER YOU TENSE UP SO IT IS IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER TO RELEASE THE FACE FROM ITS TENSE STATE BACK TO NORMAL BECAUSE WE OFTEN THEN CARRY THE TENSION IN OUR FACES WHILE IT PASTED HOURS AGO. AND THAT IS DANGERROUS.

OBVIOUSLY, WE ALL WANT TO LOOK YOUNGER THAN, SO A GOOD FACE POSTURE IS THE RIGHT PRACTICE FOR YOU. IT MOSTLY STARTS WITH THE FACIAL MUSCLES, THOSE PLAY A MAJOR ROLE IN FACE POSTURE, REMEMBER THE BLOOD VESSLES NEED TO LET BLOOD TRAVEL FREELY IN THE FACE FOR A HEALTHY APPEARENCE. 

REMEMBER, YOU NEED TO REMIND YOURSELVE THATEVERYTIME YOU TENSE UP YOU AGE A LITTLE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE THE KIND OF PERSON WHO HAS ISSUES FORGETING TO RELEASE THE FACIAL MUSCLES.
