Loving yourself is most the powerful thing to do for yourself. Love comes with not judging yourself, being patient with your self, being kind to yourself and wishing the best for yourself.

When others think you are not good enough, when others think you are not pretty enough, when others think you do not deserve, but find you in a place they did not imagine. A place of love. A place that does not tolerate self hate, a place that is at peace with you. Love is the start and self love is the beginning.

People's words do not matter when you have self love, what matters is what you believe is about yourself. I love myself.
