WE BEGIN TO IGNORE AND MAKE EXCUSES FOR NOT TAKING CARE OF OURSELVES. HERE ARE SOME OF THE THINGS YOU MIGHT WANT TO NOT IGNORE AS YOU GET OLDER.

1. YOUR BODY WEIGHT
AS WE GET OLDER, WE BEGIN TO LOSE INTEREST IN SHAPE AND BEAUTY THAT WE CARE LESS ABOUT WHAT WE EAT AND THE AMOUNT OF FOOD THAT GOES INTO THE STOMACH. WELL, THE BODY DOES GET OLD BUT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO MAKE SURE THAT YOU CAN HANDLE YOUR WEIGHT YOUR SIZE AND YOUR APPEARENCE. DO NOT THINK THAT THE PEOPLE YOU GREW UP WITH WILL SIMPLY SAY 'OH, YES, WE ARE GETTING OLDER!' NO. IF I MET MY CLASSMATE LOOKING OLDER THAT ME, I WOULD FEEL GOOD THAT I LOOK YOUNGER AND THEY LOOK LIKE THEY WERE GRADES HIGHER THAN ME BACK AT SCHOOL. 

2. THE WAY YOU LOOK
APPEARENCE AND THE WAY YOU CARRY YOURSELF ARE EVERYTHING IN AGING. SOME PEOPLE WANT OTHERS TO JUST KNOW THAT THEY ARE NOW GETTING OLD, WHAT IS BEAUTY FOR AT THIS TIME? BUT THEY WILL SING A DIFFERENT TUNE AFTER MEETING A FRIEND FROM A LONG TIME AGO, YOU KNOW WHY THE PEOPLE AROUND US DO NOT TELL US THAT WE ARE NOW LOOKING A BIT NOT AS PRETTY AS THEY MET US? IT IS BECAUSE THEY GET USED TO THE WAY YOU HAVE DECIDED TO ACCEPT THE NEW YOU. I MEAN WHAT ELSE CAN THEY DO! DO NOT DO THAT TO PEOPLE. THEY SHOULD NOT BE EMBARRASSED OF YOU OR EVEN HAVE A SLIGHT MOMENT TO OVERCOME EMBARASSEMENT JUST BECAUSE OF YOU.

LOOK GOOD, DRESS NICE AND BE A BEAUTIFUL MOTHER OR FATHER TO YOUR CHILDREN, INSPIRE THEM TO WANT TO AGE LIKE YOU.

IMAGINE A WORLD WHERE YOU DO EVERYTHING YOU WANT, BE ANYTHING YOU WANT AND THROW TANTRUMS AS MUCH AS YOU FELT LIKE IT! THAT WOULD BE GREAT, RIGHT? NO, LIFE IS ABOUT SELF-CONTROL. YOU NEED TO ATLEAST KNOW WHEN TO STOP, KNOW YOU CANNOT GO ON FOREVER AND UNDERSTAND THAT LIFE HAS PLENTY OF OBSTACLES, OBSTACLES WE MUST ENDURE TO OVERCOME. THAT IS WHY EVEN GAMES HAVE LEVELS; WOULD YOU CONTINUE TO PLAY AN EASY GAME THAT HAS NO LEVELS? WOULD THAT MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE A STONGER PLAYER? HOW WILL YOU KNOW YOU ARE A MASTER AT IT IF EVERYBODY PLAYS IT AND IS AS GOOD AS YOU? IT WOULD NOT BE FUN!
