 MAKE THESE YOUR NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS...



1. BE MORE ATTERTIVE TO YOURSELF
PAYING ATTENTION TO YOURSELF IS NOT NARCISITIC, ONE HAS TO TAKE CARE OF THEMSELF. BE SURE TO GIVE YOURSELF A VALUED AMOUNT OF TIME IN THE MIRROR, IN THE SHOWER AND WHEN EATING. TAKE YOUR TIME BEFORE ANSWERING QUESTIONS, OR ELSE YOU MIGHT FIND YOURSELF SAYING SOMETHING WRONG BECAUSE OF NOT THINKING BEFORE YOU SPEAK UP. DO NOT RUSH YOURSELF AND DO NOT FORCE YOURSELF TO SITUATIONS THAT DO NOT OR NO LONGER NEED YOUR ATTENTION. AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, RESPECT YOURSELF.

2. BE AWARE OF YOUR DIET
HEALTH IS IMPORATNT, SO BECOME AWARE OF THE THINGS THAT GOES INTO YOUR MOUTH AND THE DAMAGE THAT THOSE THINGS MIGHT CAUSE. DO NOT INDULGE FOR MORE THAN A MONTH, IF YOU REALLY FIND YOURSELF IN A HABIT OF ENJOYING A HAMBURGER EVERY DAY, IT IS FINE TO INDULGE FOR MAYBE A WEEK BUT PLEASE TRY NOT TO LET THAT GET TO TWO WHOLE WEEKS. BECAUSE THE BODY WILL START TO OBSERVE THIS HAMBURGER AND YOU MIGHT EVEN SEE THE RESULT THE HAMBURGER HAS IN THE BODY. 

3. INDUGE BUT DO NOT OVERINDULGE
THEY SAY THAT TOO MUCH OF SOMETHING IS NOT GOOD FOR YOU. SO, YES ALLOW YOURSELF TO SOMETHING BUT DO NOT LET THAT SOMETHING START TO HAVE POWER, SO MUCH THAT YOU ARE NO LONGER IN CONTROL. AS PEOPLE WE SHOULD BE IN CONTROL OVER EVERYTHING THAT WE DO, WHETHER IT IS FOOD, DRINKING, PARTYING ECT. THE MOMENT YOU LOSE CONTROL; IT WILL TAKE YOU TIME BEFORE YOU REALISE IT. CONTROL IS POWER OVER ANYTHING. 

MAKE THESE YOUR NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS AND NOTHING WILL STAND IN YOUR WAY. KEEP ON!
