 HOW TO SCRUB AND OVERCOME...

Scrubbing doesn't have to be fancy. You just need to know the right thing that works for you and if it is accessible, then you are good to go.

Here is a list of scrub do and Don't for you to know because most of the time we are told to do this things and not what not to and what to do if problems arises but to run.

1. Sugar and almond oil scrub.
Some would recommend sugar and olive oil scrub, it is also good since olive oil has good properties too, but I would recommend we use almond oil. Why? Because almond oil is light  weight and will not clog your skin pores.
whereas olive oil is heavy and will clog those pores. If you have skin sensitive to oils 🥺.

2. Salt and lemon juice scrub
These two are a wonderful combination,  depending you do not scrub everyday. Again, do not scrub every day! Not recommend, for any of these scrubs.  Lemon juice and salt remove dead skin cells and the funny part is that you can actually see the glow after you rinse. Your skin looks shiny and feels soft.

Go for something that has properties that go with your skin type, not what you heard works for someone else.  Think of yourself, then make a decision.

Aja!!!

 REASONS WHY SCRUBS ARE IMPORTANT...

The skin is very adaptable,  it can adapt to protect itself from occurring danger or an unfit environmental change. So, once in a week it is important to scrub the skin. Here are reasons why that is so...

1. To remove dead skin cells
The skin has the ability to protect itself,  but it cannot when you keep irritating the same area everytime or everyday. So, the skin cells in the outermost surface dies, and when they die, the area or the skin losses it's ability to absorb moisture from your normal moisturizers.  Why? Because you cannot feed a dead person food.
Scrub... they help remove that layer of dead skin cells.

2. To brighten skin
Why brighten? Because exertion or sometimes overexertion  can lead to skin discoloration, and malenin build on the skin. The skin then appears to lose its colour because of overwork.  The skin protects itself in many ways than one and we have to learn and understand that when this changes occur we must try to seek answers as to why the skin is reacting like that.
Scrub...Scrub...Scrub.

Fighting!!!
