 REASONS TO EXERCISE WHEN GETTING OLDER



WE ALL KNOW THAT THE BODY TENDS TO ADAPT TO A ROUTINE YOU HAVE SET FOR IT, SOME WILL SAY I DO NOT HAVE ROUTINE SET FOR MY BODY. BUT THE TRUTH IS YOU DO, AND THAT ROUTINE IS THE ONE YOU PRACTISE EVERYDAY, WHETHER LAZYING AROUND OR HAVING MORE THAN THREE MEALS A DAY. SO TODAY I AM GOING TO SPECIFICALLY EMPHASIS THAT YOU INCLUDE EXERCISE IN YOUR DAILY ROUTINE. HERE IS WHY...

1. THE FACE GETS COMFORTABLE
DO NOT THINK THAT THE FOOD YOU EAT ONLY GOES TO THE BODY ALONE, NO. THE FOOD WE EAT EVERYDAY BE IT HEALTHY OR NOT HEALTHY ALSO GOES TO THE FACE. THAT FAT MAKES YOU FACE BIGGER (SOME FACES BECOME LONGER WHILE OTHERS BECOME ROUNDER) CHECK AND SEE HOW YOUR FACE LOOKS LIKE. 

2. THE BODY GETS COMFORTABLE
NOTICE THAT THE BODY AS YOU GET OLDER REALLY ACCOMODATES THE AMOUNT OF FOOD YOU EAT AND MAKES ROOM FOR IT. THIS IS NOT GOOD AT ALL, HAVE CONTROL OF YOUR BODY AND START EXERCISING. THAT WAY, YOU ARE GAINING CONTROL OF YOUR BODY AND ALL THAT YOU WERE STARTING NOT TO NOT KNOW WHAT TO DO ABOUT.

LIFE IS PRECIOUS, LIFE IS ALSO SHORT. DO THOSE THINGS THAT ONLY MAKES YOU STAND OUT OF THE CROWD. DO NOT ALLOW YOURSELF TO BLEND IN THAT CROWD, STAND OUT LOOKING GORGEOUS, LOOKING HANDSONE AND ENJOY EVERY MOMENT OF IT.

3 THINGS NOT TO FORGET ABOUT THE BODY



1. PRACTICE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

THE BODY IS VERY STRONG THAT IT CAN TAKE TIME BEFORE IT SHOWS THAT YOU HAVE BEEN TREATING IT BADLY. NOTICE THAT EATING JUNK FOOD CAN MAKE YOU FAT BUT WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR BODY DOES NOT REACT TO JUNK FOOD IN THAT MANNER? TRUST ME WHEN I SAY THAT THE JUNK FOOD YOU CONSUME WILL ONE DAY SHOW YOU WHERE IT WAS BEING SUPPLIED TO OTHER THAN MAKING YOU FAT. SO ALWAYS TRY TO PRACTICE LIVING A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, IT HAS REWARDS.

2. THE BODY NEVER STAYS YOUNG FOREVER

WHAT HAPPENS TO A CAR YOU HANDLE IT WITH CARE? TO A HOUSE YOU HANDLE IT WITH CARE? AND WHAT HAPPENS TO YOUR BODY WHEN YOU HANDLE IT WITH CARE? IT BECOMES DIFFERENT, YOU ARE SURE THAT WHEN YOU AGE YOU WILL AGE WITH GRACE AND YOUR PEERS WILL SAY THAT NO, IT IS NOT THAT YOU AGE NICELY IT IS JUST THAT YOU WERE ALWAYS LIKE THIS. TAKE CARE OF YOUR BODY, EXERCISE, EAT A BALANCE DIET, DO NOT EAT TOO MUCH AND DO NOT DRINK TOO MUCH ALCOHOL. MIND YOUR BODY, LISTEN TO IT AND DO NOT FORGET NEVER INDLUGE IN TOO MUCH OF ANYTHING.

3. LOVE YOU BODY

SOME PEOPLE MISINTERPRETE THIS LINE AS WALKING AROUND NAKED, BUT IN FACT LOVING YOUR BODY IS NOT LOOKING AT SOMEONE ELSE AND WANTING TO BE THEM. LOOK AT YOURSELF IN THE MIRROR, NO IS LIKE YOU SO WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE LOKE SOMEONE ELSE? ACCEPT YOURSELF AND FIX WHAT YOU CAN BUT DO NOT CHANGE WHO YOU ARE, BECAUSE THAT IS THE QUITE THE OPPOSITE OF LOVING YOURSELF.

PRACTICE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE, REMEMBER THAT THE BODY WILL OT A=STAY YOUNG FOREVER AND DO NOT FORGET TO LOVE YOU.
