 Be Beautiful Always

Looking and dressing nice in life is not supposed to be a thing of only in occasions but one must look nice every moment they get. Here are a few ways to look nice to nicer everyday:

1. Start small and dress well inside the house while at home, this way you will automatically look better when you want to go outside. Improve the way you dress also improves your mental state. 

2. Do not be afraid to wear jewelry when you are going on special events but do doll yourself up with jewelry even at home. Life is short to be waiting for that day to finally wear jewelry for. Start with a small necklace and bracelet or earrings. You will notice that after you do that you will automatically wear better jewelry when going outside the house.

3. Attitude. The way you carry yourself at home will spill when you are outside. So carry yourself with love and respect. Starting while you are home then when you are outside it will come natural.

Dress nicer, wear pretty clothes, wear jewelry and always handle yoursef wit love anfd respect.

Attaining a fit and  healthy body once in life is a must have. People often struggle with so many things concerning exercising. Today, I want to strongly suggest that you try a routine that will give you a ribbed body.

 CHANNEL THE WAY YOU AGE



Growing up should and must be controlled by you as an individual, you should not let "nature" take its course. Life is life an ocean until you channel the way it should flow life will do as it pleases. Here are few ways to channel your growth...

1. Exercises in your should be incorporated in your daily life so that your body becomes healthy, fit and light. You must also eat or be sure to incorporate fruits and vegetables in your daily diet for a well and healthy body.
2. Practice looking and dressing in such a way that grows your self confidence and make that a habit. Look for things that flutter you and increase your confidence.
3. Always remember that you want the best for you, yes, people can come by and say nice things to you but not all of those people mean well for you. So, always keep your head above water. Remember that you want what is good for you.

Beauty In Aging




In most cases, aging scares us and that is because we lack the creativity to go about it. Aging is beautiful, you first need to know that you change within time and accept that.

Your body will not be like that when you were young, but when you are holding on to your youthful self you are scared at the concept of aging.

Look for what you love to wear now, places you like to frequent and people you enjoying being around. Do those things hold you from aging with grace or do they are complement your aging?

Aging should complement you, these is good so that you feel in place and not out of place and love your current stage in life.

THE PERFECT FACIAL ROUTINE

Believe it or not people do not really tell you the entire truth about themselves. Some tend to downplay or hide their beauty secrets. 
Here are a few facial routines that work and are for everyone and anytime but very effective;

1. Dinking Hot Water
Drinking hot water is good for the skin as hot water specifically has the ability to improve skin collagen and can also clean the skin internally. So start by drinking a cup of hot water  everyday, easy and doable!

2. Rice Water Mask
While cooking your rice, mid-way  during the boiling point of the cooking, drain some of the water in a small cup, allow to cool then use that rice water as a face mask. Rinse after 30 minutes, then use soap to clean. This is for collagen and cleaning impurities and oils in the skin.

3. Massage The Face
Facial massage gets rid of access fats in the face that might have grown or were there in your face which were causing your face shape weird or asymmetric. Massage the head templates in circular motion. This is good for blood flowbin the face.

The face is just like any other part of the body with the only. It needs water, to be cared for and to exercise.
