1. Exercises in your should be incorporated in your daily life so that your body becomes healthy, fit and light. You must also eat or be sure to incorporate fruits and vegetables in your daily diet for a well and healthy body.
2. Practice looking and dressing in such a way that grows your self confidence and make that a habit. Look for things that flutter you and increase your confidence.
3. Always remember that you want the best for you, yes, people can come by and say nice things to you but not all of those people mean well for you. So, always keep your head above water. Remember that you want what is good for you.
Do this and you will age like a Queen.
