 HOW TO ATTAIN PEACE AND HEALTH



In order to attain peace and health in your life one should avoid these three things.

1. Revisiting Past Events

What is the point of looking back and regretting what you did or what you could have done? That moment has pass; the only person concerned about it could just be you. And this could affect your health because an effect whether positive or negative has pass. Wishing to change the past can east your time and ruin your happy present moment.

2. Looking Down On The Present

Tomorrow starts today! So, if you take the present, TODAY for granted that could affect the tomorrow that you are protecting. Live in the present it is a gift, for you to make THAT TOMORROW you yarn so much for. Live in the present making sure that it will align with your tomorrow.

3. Anticipating Tomorrow

The future is what we made in the present (NOW). What are you making? Are you anticipating because you have sown something? Or because you want to be told what you want to hear? Forget working for the future! Are you at a position to say that this which I have sown I want to see what it becomes in the future. 

Do not visit the past you cannot do anything about it, live in the present, It is for you to work on yourself and start anticipating a future you ate working for.

MOVE WITH YOUR AGE BODY AND MIND   



A lot of people struggle to transition between young adult to adult. The responsibilities and habits of a person when young are different form from those when an adult. Here are a few things that could guide you through this process:

1. ATTITUDE.
 Being immature is not a sin or even a crime in fact it is cute, but one should consider how to flawlessly transit with immaturity to adulthood. You do not really have to be like everyone out there. Just be you! You got this far. Maybe you can lessen other habits and be a little cautious of the responsibilities that are ahead right now. 

2. Style
In terms of what you chose to wear, wear what makes you yourself and not your friend. Chose clothes that goes along with the way you are mentally but keep in mind that you now are an adult. Dress decent -your style, look decent -your style  and love your style. 

Attitude and fashion sense are the two most important aspects of young adult to adult transition.. But you must love and admire yourself at the end of the day. Make it a task that you make others want to be and look like you and not look down on you.

 DO NOT DISTURB YOUR ROUTINES


Maintaining A heathy lifestyle is a matter practice and nothing else. If you have got a routine you do to maintain, a routine that keeps you in shape or one that is beneficial for your health, stick to it.

Listen to your body and try by all means to do what is right for it. Do not indulge in too much food, in unhealthy habits that could have a negative effect on your body.

Practice waking up early and exercise everyday since it has a good benefit for body posture and body health. Your body is your priority and you are responsible for it to be anything either disaster or a success.

Look at the mirror each morning and make sure you love what you see!!!

 ALLOW THIS HEATH HABITS



Living a healthy life is rewarding and it has good results that when comparing yourself to someone who indulges in anything that their hearts desire for, you seem so.... Unreal!


Allow yourself to wake up early in the morning, do not oversleep. Life begins early so should you, you will notice that you feel good and better than a person who wakes up late.

 
Drink water and do not substitute water for juice or tea/coffee because these two beverages do not have the same effect on your body as water does. Water hydrates your body and cleans it as well.


Lastly, exercise. Look good and you will obviously look nice in whatever you wear. A simple run in the morning and or twice a day will go a long way for you and your health.  Not forgetting that a great body is the perfect presentation anywhere you go.


Love and understand that life is rewarding ONLY when you are willing to put in the work.

It is true that as we grow older we leave our old habits and adopt new ones that suit our current selves. But there are a few habits that comes with age...

1. Constantly Reminding Yourself That You Tired
After a long day at work the last thing you want to do is to engage yourself in an activity that will require your energy. But how many years have you had that job? Are you really going to let the day you had ruin the one ahead? 
People, we do not know the number of years we are given on earth, and we also do not know when the last day on earth will be. So do your best to live life ahead than to let the day you had ruin things going forward.

2. Constantly Reminding Yourself That You Are Getting Old
Okay, hold on! Who is getting any younger?  Ain't you just making excuses not to be competent? Ain't you just making excuses to be unreliable? Are you really giving life an excuse? 
But you expect really good results from your children, what if they were to tell you that the current grade they are at is not as easy as the last! They were a year younger then, now things have changed, so are their performance. How would you feel?

No. Take life seriously. Live Life With Love. And do not forget time waits for no one to make corrections and adjustments. Time with your loved ones is important!

The body gets used to being protected from movement, the moment you refuse such as running or jumping are exercises that are easy medicine for the body and heart. 


RUNNING/JOGGING
Jogging is simple, jogging Is doable and most importantly it does not require so many things to achieve. So, take time in a day to do jogging exercises. you will not only feel light you will also be heathy.

JUMPING
Any jumping exercises are essential for your body, and they too contribute to a healthy lifestyle that you can do at the comfort of your own home and also if you do not feel comfortable outside you can still do inside your house. 

These two forms of exercise are very effective either you want to lose a bit of weight, or you just want to do simple and straight forward cardio exercises, running and jumping are very good and they are also convenient.

WHY HAVE BODY GOALS



 Body goals are what you want you to see your body become in the next term. Body goals say a lot of things about a person; here are a few things body goals say about an individual:

1. A SETTLED MINDSET

One can never fully attain a settled mind but one can be along a path of having a settled mindset. Life has an obstacle everyday, so if you live along the path of a settled mindset you can overcome and conquer everyday challenges.

2. A DETERMINED PERSON

If you can achieve body goal, you can without a doubt achieve anything you put mind into. In short body goals present you to be a disciplined and goal orientated person, you fight and you achieve what you put your mind into.

3. YOU LOVE YOURSELF

And most importantly, you love yourself. If you can take 1 hour building yourself how much more can you handle another person's task. When you see someone who dresses well, nice build and well mannered you automatically trust that person to handle any responsibilities with care and well.

It goes without saying that not a lot of people are confident overweight, but the minority that is, do not convince the majority of how confidence is attained.

Body size, body weight or body shape is what makes a person confident. If you happen to not be either of this, you lose the desire to dream for better companionship or better outlook in things.

So, try to watch your weight, watch what you eat and manage how you look and what looks good in you. Wear what loves your body shape, eat what loves your body and skin. Be in control and strive to never be overpowered by emotional needs.

Always be confident in a crowd and always willing to take a criticism wisely in a way that builds.

Changing Face Routines



The face is different from other parts of the body, so if you want to change face routine think harder or twice. Consider this before you embark on the journey of changing your face routine either facial massage or facial products you use for your face:

1. What is it for?

What is the facial routine for? Were you doing it for fun or you just saw it, liked it then thought of doing it. But if it had a purpose, you know what it was for then reconsider if you still find it useful and if not then you can go on and change.

2. Does the next serve better than the first?

You must consider that yes change is good, but is it for the best? Will it promote or demote progress? Change must progress you, and if you are aiming at change to move into trends. Reconsider change that does not progress.

Rather stay with the routine you have now than be attracted to something that will derail your progress.
