THE LIST IS ENDLESS. GETTING USED TO THIS CAN ALTER THE WAY YOUR FACE AGES AND YOU MIGHT NOT LIKE IT OR BE ABLE TO CONTROL IT OVER TIME

2. JUST APLLYING ANYTHING YO YOUR SKIN

1. THE ENTIRE FACE MASSAGE
 YOU MASSAGE YOUR FACE STARTING FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE LOWER LIP MOVING UP TOWARDS THE FACE TEMPLATES



2. FOREHEAD MASSHGE
HERE YOU MASSAGE THE FOREHEAD. MOVING THE FINGER FROM JUST ABOVE THE EYEBROWS UP TOWARDS THE HAIRLINE.



3. LIPS MASSAGE 
HERE YOU ASSUME A KISS POSITION WITH THE MOUTH THE RELEASE. REPEATING THIS 15 TIMES.



4. JAWLINE MASSAGE
HERE YOU MASSAGE THE JAWLINE USING THE KNUCKLES IN CIRCULR MOTIONS

 OPEN YOUR MOUTH AND SAY E THEN O IN AN EXAGGERATING MANNER, E,O, E,O, FOR ABOUT 1 MINUTE. AFTER THIS YOU WILL FELL THE BURN AROUND THE MOUTH. THIS EXERCISE IS GOOD FOR THE ENTIRE MOUTH AREA

2. O - HOLD
SAY O AND PAUSE FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS THE COME BACK TO NORMAL POSITION, DO THIS 5 TIMES, THIS IS GOOD TO BURN THE MOUTH CORNER FATS.

3. SIDE TO SIDE MOVEMENT
CLOSE YOUR MOUTH A BIT TIGHTER, THEN MOVE IT LEFT TO RIGHT, LEFT AND RIGHT COMPLETE A MINUTE DOING THIS, THIS IS ALSO GOOD FOR THE ENTIRE MOUTH AREA TO BURN.

4. UP AND DOWN MOVEMENT
CLOSE YOUR MOUTH A BIT TIGHTER, THEN MOVE YOUR MOUTH UP AND THEN DOWN. REPEAT THIS FOR 1 MINUTE, THIS EXERCISE BURNS THE LOWER AND UPPER MOUTH AREA.

5, CIRCULAR MOVEMENTS
CLOSE YOUR MOUTH A BIT TIGHTER, MOVE YOUR MOUTH FROM LEFT, THE UP, THE RIGHT AND FINALLY DOWN AS IF YOU ARE DRAWING A CIRCLE WITH YOUR MOUTH. THIS EXERCISE IS GOOD FOR THE ENTIRE MOUTH AREA

FATS AROUNFS THE MOUTH ARE GENERALLY CAUSED OR BUILD UP WITH TIME AS WE CONTINUE WITH OUR DAILY HABITS. WHAT EXACTLY CAUSES THEM IS THE HABITS WE DEVELOP DURING OUR DAY TO DAY LIVES

WE ARE BORN DIFFERENT, AND WHILE OTHERS GAIN FATS BY DOING A CERTAIN HABIT OTHERS LOSE IT. I WOULD LIKE TO EXPLORE THAT TODAY AND THE BENEFITS OF IDENTIFYING WHO OR SHOULD I SAY WHICH ARE ARE? 

I NOTICED MYSELF ONCE, MY SISTER HAS THE HABIT OF OVER USING OR SHOULD I SAY SHE IS EXTRA  ACTIVE IN MOVING HER MOUTH NO MATTER HOW. SO I TRIED COPYING HER AND WHAT HAPPENED TO ME WAS A DISASTER, MY LIPS BECAME BIGGER THAT WHAT THEY WERE AND THE AREA AROUND THE MOUTH ALSO BECAME SWOLLEN. BUT FOR HER SHE NEITHR GAINED OR LOST ANYTHING BY DOING THAT.

THEREFORE, WE ARE BORN DIFFERENTLY AND WE MUST COME TO UNDERSTAND THAT AND THEN WE KNOW WAHT TO DO OR WHO ARE WE. SO, WHETHER YOU HAVE MORE OR LESS FATS AROUND THE MOUTH AND YOU WOULD LIKE TO TACKLE THAT, ON MY NEXT BLOG I WOULD BE FOCUSING MAINLY ON THE FATS AROUND THE MOUTH THAT SITUATION.

 WAYS TO GET RID OF THE DOUBLE CHIN



1. HEAD RAISE
LIFT YOUR HEAD AS IF TO LOOK AT THE CEILING, HOLD THE POSITION FOR A WHILE THEN RETURN TO NORMAL POSITION. REPEAT THIS ABOUT TEN TIMES

2. HEAD TURN
TURN YOUR HEAD TO LOOK LEFT AND THEN RIGHT, WHILE NOT MOVING ALONG WITH THE SHOULDERS BUT ONLY THE HEAD. REPEAT THIS FOR ABOUT TEN TIME, 5 ON EACH SIDE.

3. HEAD AND TONGUE MOVEMENT
RAISE YOUR HEAD TO LOOK AT THE CEILING, HOLDING THAT POSITION, LIFT YOUR TONGUE TO TOUCH THE ROOF OF THE MOUTH, REPEAT THIS (RAISING THE TONGUE TO TOUCH THE ROOF OF THE MOUTH) WHILE LOOKING UP THE CEILING.

4. HOLD THE CHIN USING THE THUMB AND POINTING FINGER SLIDE YOUR FINGER FROM THE CHIN UP ALONG THE JAWLINE TOWARDS THE BOTTOM OF THE EAR, REPEAT HIS FOR ABOUT TEN TIMES.

REMEMBER THAT SUCH EXERCISES NEED TO BE DONE DAILY FOR THEM TO BE EFFECTIVE, SO LET'S KEEP UP THE FIGHT.

 DOUBLE CHIN AS WE AGE



THERE ARE THOSE FATS THAT SPECIFICALLY ATTACK ONLY WHEN WE ARE STARTING TO AGE, AND TODAY I WANT TO  LOOK AT THE ONES THAT GROW RIGHT UNDERNEATH THE CHIN AND THE JAWS.

FOR SOME PEOPLE, THEY HAD THIS DOUBLE CHIN FATS AS THEY WERE GROWING UP, BUT THE DOUBLE CHIN IS AN ISSUE AS WE AGE BECAUSE IT INVITES FATS AND MORE FAT TO BUILD UP UNDER THE CHIN AREA.

HERE ARE THE TWO REASON WHY YOU SHOULD CONSIDER GETTING RID OF THEM, EITHER THEY ARE WHAT MAKES YOUR FACE OR YOU LIKE YOUR DOUBLE CHIN LOOK.

1. THEY ELONGATE YOUR FACE 
YOU CANNOT DECTATE THE WAY YOU GROW UP OR THE WAY YOU WANT TO AGE BUT YOU CAN STOP SOME THINGS FROM BECOMING YOU, A LONG FACE IS NOT SO GOOD ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE SHORT. SUCH FATS WILL MAKE YOUR AGING A PAIN AS IF SOMETHING IS ATARTING TO BE WRONG WITH YOU, OR SOMETHING IS GOING ON, BUT WHAT?
