WAYS TO GET RID OF THE DOUBLE CHIN



1. HEAD RAISE
LIFT YOUR HEAD AS IF TO LOOK AT THE CEILING, HOLD THE POSITION FOR A WHILE THEN RETURN TO NORMAL POSITION. REPEAT THIS ABOUT TEN TIMES

2. HEAD TURN
TURN YOUR HEAD TO LOOK LEFT AND THEN RIGHT, WHILE NOT MOVING ALONG WITH THE SHOULDERS BUT ONLY THE HEAD. REPEAT THIS FOR ABOUT TEN TIME, 5 ON EACH SIDE.

3. HEAD AND TONGUE MOVEMENT
RAISE YOUR HEAD TO LOOK AT THE CEILING, HOLDING THAT POSITION, LIFT YOUR TONGUE TO TOUCH THE ROOF OF THE MOUTH, REPEAT THIS (RAISING THE TONGUE TO TOUCH THE ROOF OF THE MOUTH) WHILE LOOKING UP THE CEILING.

4. HOLD THE CHIN USING THE THUMB AND POINTING FINGER SLIDE YOUR FINGER FROM THE CHIN UP ALONG THE JAWLINE TOWARDS THE BOTTOM OF THE EAR, REPEAT HIS FOR ABOUT TEN TIMES.

REMEMBER THAT SUCH EXERCISES NEED TO BE DONE DAILY FOR THEM TO BE EFFECTIVE, SO LET'S KEEP UP THE FIGHT.
