 A HEALTHY DAY ROUTINE IS?



A healthy lifestyle can come out as punishing yourself and you do get to see the results. Holding back is important as it teaches self-control. Here are a few places to practice a healthy day routine;

Your time
Practice to wake up early in the morning. Plan your day schedule and stick to it. Eat your food on time and make sure within every plan you make, you do have achievements in each one of them. Plan and achieve.

Your body
Wake up in morning with the plan to workout. A healthy 5 minutes can go a long way for your body, be it yoga or exercises like taking a morning run is healthy. Your time with yourself is important.

Your mind 
Today we have a lot going on for us, so our brains do need the time necessary to process and assess what you went through during the day. So, take time before bed to look back on your day, observe the day and all things that you couldn't because you were going through them at that time. Solve problems and pray for those you cannot find solutions to, God is always faithful, He will give you the answers to them. 

Be all in and make sure that you are always whole to face a new day. Do not enter today with yesterday's worries.  You are precious always remember that!
