CHOOSE YOUR STRESSES
IT IS NOT EVERYTING THAT COMES THAT SHOULD FIND A PLACE IN YOUR MIND. IT IS NOT EVERYONE'S WORDS THAT SHOULD MAKE SENSE IN YOUR LIFE, CHOOSE YOUR OWN POISON, CHOOSE YOUR OWN METHOD TO RESPOND, CHOOSE THE TIME IN WHICH YOU WILL WORRY ABOUT WHAT WAS SAID AND ALSO THE AMOUNT OF TIME YOU THINK ABOUT ISSUES THAT WOULD CAUSE YOU STRESS.
PEOPLE COME AND GO, BUT YOU CAME AND WHEN YOU GO IT WILL BE FOREVER IN THIS EARTH, SO MAKE YOURSELF IMPORTANT TO YOU. CHOOSE TO WORRY OR NOT TO, CHOOSE TO LET GO IF YOU ARE STRUGGLING TO FIND AN ANSWER, SEEK HELP WHEN IT BECOMES HEAVY. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO CARRY ALL THAT BURDEN BY YOURSELF.
ALSO REMEMBER THAT WE ARE HUMAN BEINGS, WE ONLY HAVE ONE LIFE, AND THAT LIFE SHOULD BE LIVED BY NONE OHTER BUT YOURSELF. SO, TREAT YOURSELF WITH RESPECT, CARE, LOVE AND PEACE.
