LIFT THE HEAD TO FACE THE CEILING PAUSE FOR 5 SECOND AND DO IT AGAIN, REPEAT FR ANOUT 10 TIMES. DOING THIS THE FACE WILL NO LONGER HAVE POWER TO DISTRIBUTE FATS TO THE NECK AND SO WILL THE NECK, THIS IS A WIN-WIN FOR EITHER.
