HOW TO REMOVE THE LOWER FACE FAT BUILD



1. MASSAGE THE CHEEKS 
MASSAGES MAY SEEM A LITTLE DELAYING AND A BIT TOO MUCH WORK BUT IT IS ALL WORTH IT AT THE END. SO GO ON THOSE CHEEKS AND MASSAGE THEM WELL, MOVING YOUR HANDS THAT YOU HAVE BALLED IN A FIST USING THE KNUCLES TO MASSAGE THE CHEEKS IN AN UP AND DOWN MOTION. DO THIS EVERYDAY, TWICE OR ONCE A DAY IS EVEN OKAY.
2. MASSAGE THE FRONT OF THE CHIN
YOU DO NOT WANT TO FORGET THAT THE CHIN IS ASLO PART OF THE EXERCISE, MASSAGE IT USING THE KNUCKLED BALLED HAND. MASSAGE IT IN A CIRCULAR MOTION MAKING SURE THAT YOU ARE NOT PRESSING THE CHIN SO HARD WHILE DOING IT.
3. IRON IT OUT 
IRON OUT THE JAWLINE BY USING THE THUMB (POSITION-BELOW THE CHIN) AND THE POINTING FINGER(POSITION-RIGHT AT THE CHIN), MASSAGE FROM THE CHIN RIGHT UP TO THE BOTTOM OF THE EARS WHERE THE JAWLINE ENDS. 

THERE IS DOWNSIDE TO THESE EXRCISES, AND THAT IS TO SOME PEOPLE THEIR FACES TEND TO RESULT TO A WAY TOO SMALL FACE AND THEY DO NOT LIKE IT, BUT OTHERS LIKE THE RESULTS SO IT DOES NOT MATER THAT MUCH TO THEM THAT LIKE IT, BUT IF YOU ARE AMONG THOSE WHO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A SMALL FACE AFTER THESE WORKOUTS, ON MY NEXT BLOG I WILL BE FOCUSING ON HOW TO RETAIN A NORMAL FACE AFTER THESE EXERCISES.
