WHAT TO DO IF YOU START NOT SEEING YOUR RESULTS


 

CONTINUE, DON'T STOP

YOUR BODY AND A LOT OF THINGS DO GET USED TO THE WAY, YOU DISCIPLINE THEM AND THEY START BEING RESISTANT TO THE WAY, YOU HANDLE THEM, YOUR BODY TOO HAS THAT ABILITY. AT FIRST IT WILL BE AS IF YOU ARE JUST KNOCKING ON WOOD, THE EFFECTS YOU SAW THE TIME YOUR ROUTINES HAD IN THE BEGINNING ARE STARTING TO WEAR OFF, AND THAT CERTAIN PRACTICE IS NO LONGER EFFECTIVE. CONTINUE, DO NOT STOP! YOUR BODY JUST NEED YOU TO ADJUST A LITTLE, AND NOT TO LEAVE IT ALONE. SO, CONTINUE BUT CHANGE A FEW THINGS LIKE THE NUMBER OF TIMES A WEEK OR DAY YOU GET TO DO THAT ROUTINE AND MAYBE THE NUMBER OF LAPS YOU DO IT.

REMEMBER EXERCISING IS LIKE DRINKING MEDICINE TO GET WELL, AT SOME POINT THE MEDICINE WILL SEEM LIKE IT IS NOT RESPONDING, YOU DO NOT QUIT BUT YOU BECOME PATIENT AND WAIT IT OUT! MEDICINE IS MEDICINE AND IF THE DOCTOR TELLS YOU TO TAKE IT FOR THIS AMOUNT OF TIME UNTIL IF FINISHES YOU LISTEN AND TRUST THE DOCTOR AND ALSO THE MEDICINE, BECAUSE LIFE IS A GAME OF TRUST, SO TRUST ME WHEN I SAY YOU GOT THIS AND YOU CAN WAIT IT OUT!!!
