THE RIGHT ATTITUDE FOR AGING
AGING IS NOT A TRANSFORMATION THAT HAPPENS OVERNIGHT, IT TAKES PLACE GRADUALLY AND YOU AND BODY ARE NICLY AND CALMLY INTRODUCED TO IT. IT IS A PROCESS. SO, I WANT US TO DIVE IN THE RIGHT ATTITUDE TO HAVE WHEN AGING OR GETTING OLDER, BECAUSE THAT IS IMPORTANT FOR THE BRAIN.
1. TELL YOURSELF THAT YOU STILL CAN
'I STILL CAN APPLY FOR A NEW JOB, I STILL CAN LOOK BETTER THAN MY NIEGHBOUR, I STILL CAN CHANGE MY FASHION SENSE, I STILL CAN BE BETTER...' THE WORLD STOPS WHEN WE BREATH OUR LAST, BUT UNLTIL THEN ALLOW YOURSELF TO LIVE THE LIFE THAT YOU DREAM OF AND ALWAYS AIM FOR THE SKY.
2. CONSTANTLY LOOK IN THE MIRROR 20 TIMES BEFORE THE DAY ENDS, THAT WAY YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM ANYONE THAT 'OH, DID YOU NOTICE THAT YOU HAVE A WRINKLE RIGHT UNDERNEATH YOUR EYE?' YES... TELL THEM 'YES, I DID, AND I AM ATTENDING TO IT', WITH A SMILE. KNOWING AND ACCELTPING YOURSELF IS KEY TO YOUTH.
3. TAKE THINGS ONE STEP AT A TIME
THIS WORKS INSANELY WHEN SOMEONE IS TRYING TO SHOCK YOU OR STRESS YOU OUT, THAT WAY YOU ARE ONE STEP AHEAD OF THEM IN TERMS OF HOW YOU REACT, YOUR EMOTIONS MUST ALWAYS BE INTACT. RECIEVE, PROCESS THEN RESPOND. IF YOU CAN MASTER THESE THREE THINGS, I BET YOU WILL OUTLIVE US ALL!!!
4. LOVE AND ACCEPT YOURSELF
LOVING YOURSELF IS TRICKY BECAUSE A LOT OF PEOPLE OUT THERE BELIEVE THAT THEY DO LOVE THEMSELVE, BUT LOVING YOURSELF IS NOT THE DECLARATION OF WORDS BUT ACCEPTANCE OF ONESELF. WHEN YOU ACCEPT YOUSELF YOU TRULY LOVE YOURSELF.
