 EASY AND EFFECTIVE NECK STRETCHES



NECK STRETCHES GIVE THE BODY THE PERFECT POSTURE, NECK STRETCHES AND OTHER BODY STRETCHES, IT IS IMPORTANT TO DO THEM ONCE IN A DAY. BELOW IS A LIST OF EFFECTIVE NECK STRETCHES.

1 HEAD ROTATIONS

ROTATE THE HEAD CLOCKWISE AND ANTI-CLOCKWISE, MAKE SURE THAT YOU CAN FEEL THAT STRETCH WITH EVERY TURN.

2. HEAD TURNS

 TURN THE HEAD TO LOOK RIGHT THEN LEFT. REPEAT THIS TEN TIMES. REMEMBER THAT WITH EVERY TURN YOU FEEL THE STRETCH AND TRY TO RELAX YOUR SHOULDERS,

3. UP AND DOWN TURNS

MOVE THE HEAD TO LOOK UP THEN DOWN, DO NOT BE FAST BUT DO IT SLOWER.

FOR FASTER RESULTS, HOLD THE MIDDLE OF THE CHEST RIGHT ABOVE THE CHEST AREA CLOSER TO THE NECKLINE WITH BOTH HANDS TO RESTRAIN THE SKIN, ALLOWING THE STRETCH
