REASONS NOT TO QUIT YOUR ROUTINES...
1. THE BODY
ONE OF THE BIGGEST REASONS NOT TO PAUSE OR QUIT YOUR EXERCISE ROUTINES IS THAT, AS YOU DO THOSE EXERCISES YOUR BODY GETS USED TO THEM AND IT STARTS FAMILIARING ITSELF TO THEM, YOUR BODY LEARNS A NEW HABIT, A GOOD HABIT. SO, PAUSING OR QUITING THEM KILLS OR DISTURBS THE BODY.
I STRONGLY ADVICE NOT TO THINK OF STOPPING TO EXERCISE, EVEN JUST A SMALL MOVEMENT, IT ALSO DOES SOMETHING AND ALSO GOES A LONG WAY.
2. THE BLOOD FLOW
YOU MIGHY KNOW THIS IF YOU FOLLOW MY BLOGS THAT I AM A HUGH SUPPORTER FOR BLOOD FLOW. BLOOD FLOW IS THE IT TO MAINTAINING YOUTH AN KEEPING A STONGER AND HEALTHIER BODY. BLOOD FLOW BEGINS IN THE HEART THEN THAT BLOOD GOES TO THE ENTIES BODY SO ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU AND YOUR HEART ARE HAPPY MOST OF THE TIME. AND IF YOU WANT TO SPECIALLY GET YOUR BLOOD MOVING IN A CERTAIN AREAS ISOLATED FROM THE REST OF THE BODY YOU CAN. I WILL PUT UP A BLOG ABOUT HOW TO GET YOUR BLOOD MOVING IN CERTAIN AREAS WITHOUT GETTING THE WHOLE BODY INVOLVED.
THE BODY IS IMPORTANT AND SO ARE THE THINGS THAT WE GET UP TO EVERYDAY, SO TAKE CARE OF IT AND GIVE IT THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME IT DESERVES. HAS IT EVER NOT SHOWN UP WHEN YOU NEEDED IT? HAS IT EVER REFUSED TO LOOK AS BEAUTIFUL AS YOU HOPED IT TO BE? OR HAS IT EVER FAILED TO APPEAR WHEN YOU WANTED TO DRESS UP AND GO SOMEWHERE? NO IT HAS ALWAYS BEEN THERE!!!
